Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable, group fitness session with a tennis twist.  It's open to anyone – all ages and abilities!

Great music, great cardio and great people – what's not to like?  You'll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your session and work up a sweat.

16 places are available on a first come, first served basis (pardon the pun!).  No tennis experience or kit necessary, just wear trainers and bring plenty of water!

When:   Every Thursday from 6.30 to 7.30 pm

Cost:     Members £6, Non Members £8
